Your order will show as 'pre transit' once dispatched as it travels from the UK, and will remain saying 'awaiting item' until it leaves US customs and are handed onto USPS. Please don't worry if your tracking doesn't update for the first week or so, it'll update once USPS has your package.

We offer a 'send direct' service, so if you're running late or want to save on postage, we can print your message and post it to your recipient. It's a great way of surprising your recipient with a card through the post.
To send direct, please add your message to be printed inside the card in the 'personalisation' box making it clear that it's for the inside of the card, and then add your recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout. If you're sending multiple cards direct, these need to be placed as individual orders, each with the delivery charge applied at checkout, rather than in one single transaction.
