We do our best to handmake your cards and get them dispatched within 1-2 working days - we're really proud of our super speedy turnaround even on our most handmade and bespoke of products! We offer Free UK delivery, with the option to upgrade at checkout to a speedier service. Please note, the lead time for all orders is 1-2 working days to give us chance to hand make to order, and your delivery speed is an estimate AFTER dispatch :) 

Please ensure you leave a correct email address when ordering, should we need to contact you regarding personalisation. If personalisation is missing or incomplete, we may need to confirm via email and cannot guarantee a quick turnaround if we're awaiting your reply. We always endeavour to make and dispatch your order within our estimate, but should we be unable to make your order due to the details supplied, we will do our best to contact you as soon as possible.
