Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, returned at the buyer's own cost and within 30 days of purchase.

Any personalised items which are made to your specific details are non returnable (any designs that include personalised names, dates or wording).
